Boardcon EM305X is a single board computer powered by Amlogic C305X AI processor. The Amlogic C305X is a general-purpose SoC specifically designed for AI machine vision applications. It utilizes an 11nm process technology, integrates dual-core ARM Cortex-A35 CPU, and a dedicated NPU that provides up to 2 TOPS of computational power. C305X features 5M pixel HDR image signal processing (ISP) and graphic distortion correction (GDC) unit, support advanced image enhancement including 3A (AE/AWB/AF), Spatial/Temporal/Color Noise reduction, RGB sharpen, fish eye correction, Keystone correction and etc., helps the EM305X SBC providing images and videos of professional quality.
Compared to the C308X, the C305X is more suitable for algorithm models used in single scenarios. Adopting the C305X design helps avoid wasting computational power and reduces deployment costs.
EM305X SBC is equipped with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage, integrates WiFi, 4G, and Gigabit network, and provides FPC/header interface for MIPI camera. It has efficient image recognition and processing capabilities, enabling functions such as facial recognition and behavior analysis. The EM305X can be used as a Smart IP camera for security surveillance, smart home, and Internet of Things (IoT).
