The KIT9G25 consists of the base board and processor card with an Atmel AT91SAM9G25 processor operating at 400 MHz with 128MB Nand Flash(optional), 128MB DDR2, 4MB Data Flash, and 64KB Serial EEPROM. It supports Linux(kernel version: Linux 3.6.9). The board features connectivity peripherals, including mini USB, 2x USB host, 10/100M Ethernet interface, UART ports(RS232/TTL), and micro SD card interface.
Measuring only 118mm x 109.9mm, low power and low-cost, making KIT9G25 an optimized solution for industrial applications.
